Meet Dr. Rosy Manson – Our New Dermatology Specialist GP

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Rosy Manson to Dr. Finbar’s Skin Clinic! With a wealth of experience in dermatology and general practice, Dr. Manson brings a deep passion for skin health and patient care.

About Dr. Rosy

Dr. Manson graduated from Edinburgh University in 1999 and initially worked in Scotland before returning home to complete her GP training in 2005. She is currently a GP partner in County Down, working in a busy training practice while also specialising in dermatology.

Dermatology Expertise & Training

Her interest in dermatology led her to complete:
✔ Diploma in Practical Dermatology (Cardiff University)
✔ Certificate in Dermoscopy (Cardiff University)

After completing her diploma, Dr. Manson became an Honorary Tutor at Cardiff University, helping to educate fellow doctors in dermatology. Since 2010, she has also worked as a GP specialist (GPwSI) in Dermatology for the South Eastern Trust, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of work, Dr. Manson is a busy wife and mum of two—one teenager and one tween! She enjoys playing hockey, hill walking, and any outdoor activities (with sunscreen, of course!).
